Terms and conditions for ticket purchase
GENERAL
These terms establish the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and complaints for tickets offered on these pages. The ABSL Western Balkans Conference 2025 website can be used for your private use without any usage fees, according to the following terms and rules.
The seller is Asocijacija biznis servise lidera (hereinafter referred to as ABSL) and the buyer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payment via credit cards.
All prices are expressed in the currency specified during the purchase process (EUR or BAM) including VAT. The buyer has the option to view prices in both currencies.
A ticket is considered ordered when the buyer selects and confirms the payment method.
ORDERING
The buyer orders tickets through the electronic order form.
A buyer is considered any person who electronically orders at least one ticket, fills in the required data and sends the order.
All prices are expressed in the specified currency (EUR or BAM) including VAT. The buyer has the option to view prices in both currencies.
Tickets are ordered electronically by selecting a specific ticket and adding it to the cart.
A ticket is considered ordered when the buyer successfully completes the payment process.
PAYMENT
Ordered tickets are paid online using one of the credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.
Payment is processed securely through Monri Payment Gateway.
All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and PCI DSS Level 1 security standards.
DELIVERY
After successful payment, the buyer will receive a confirmation email with details.
The buyer is responsible for providing a valid email address for email delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the ticket confirmation email, they should contact the seller to resolve the issue.
The seller is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the buyer.
COMPLAINTS
The seller is committed to deliver details that are technically correct and correspond to the ticket description listed on the website.
In case of technical issues with details delivery, the buyer must report the problem within 4 (four) working days.
The seller will provide a replacement or refund within 3 (three) working days after receiving the complaint.
GENERAL TERMS
ABSL reserves the right to modify these terms and rules. All changes will apply to the use of the ABSL Western Balkans Conference website.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.
The services provided by the ABSL Western Balkans Conference website do not include costs incurred by using computer equipment and services to access our pages.
ABSL is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may arise.
Although ABSL strives to provide you with the best possible service offer, ABSL cannot guarantee that the services will meet your needs.
ABSL also cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free. If an error occurs, please report it to our Contact Center or at info@absl.ba so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
