About ABSL Western Balkans

ABSL Western Balkans is a regional chapter of the Association of Business Service Leaders, dedicated to developing and promoting the business services sector across the Western Balkans region. Following years of successful activity across Europe, ABSL Western Balkans was founded in 2024 to strengthen regional cooperation, drive market development, and support new investments in the region. Our mission is to position the region as a competitive destination for global business services.

With a focus on Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia, we work to showcase the region's unique advantages: a multilingual talent pool, competitive costs, strategic location, and growing digital infrastructure. We bring together industry leaders, government representatives, and educational institutions to drive the sector's growth and create new opportunities.

Through our initiatives, we aim to strengthen the business services ecosystem, promote best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing among member companies. We actively work to attract new investments, develop local talent, and create a supportive environment for the sector's sustainable growth in the Western Balkans.
